2021 Honda Accord vs 2021 Toyota Camry | Vallejo, CA

Whether you need a car that can keep up with your daily commute or a family-friendly ride that is as stylish as it is practical, a midsize sedan is a solid option for you. In this segment, there are many models to choose from. This comparison looks at two of these models — the 2021 Honda Accord and 2021 Toyota Camry — to give you a sense of what each model offers, and which is the right fit for your needs.

When you’re using your car daily to run errands, drop the kids off at school, or drive to work, you want a vehicle that’s as efficient as it is fun to drive. The 2021 Accord and 2021 Camry both offer multiple engine options to choose from, allowing you to find the right balance of power and efficiency for your needs.
When it comes down to efficiency numbers, though, the Accord comes out on top. This Honda vehicle gets an EPA-estimated fuel-efficiency rating of 33 mpg combined, while the Camry only gets 32 mpg combined.*

Both the 2021 Accord and 2021 Camry come standard with their respective brand’s advanced driver-assistance and safety systems. For the Accord, this is the Honda Sensing® suite; the Camry gets Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.5+. While these systems offer similar technologies, when you look closely, the Accord has more intelligent innovations that will keep you confident behind the wheel as you drive around Vallejo.
The Accord comes standard with both Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Low-Speed Follow and Road Departure Mitigation System. Though the Camry comes with a version of ACC, the standard version of this technology doesn’t work on lower speeds, which isn’t ideal when you’re stuck in California traffic. You have to opt for the highest trim level to get this feature, which means spending more money than you would with the Accord. The Camry also comes standard with Lane Departure Alert but doesn’t have a technology that will help you stay on the road like the Accord does.
Schedule your test drive at Avery Greene Honda in Vallejo and see why the new Accord is the right sedan for the job.
