I have a 930 and I think the 940 added some of the OR3GUN parts to address the issues with the 930. I have a 930 jm pro tactical series. It works well with all loads. After about 100ish rounds of break in, it has run flawlessly. It does get incredibly dirty very quickly around the gas system. Im a fan.

The gas system is better in the 1301. I think better than the Benelli M4. The a300 may also have a better gas system than the 940. I love the a300 personally and I'm a Mossberg guy.
